Coaching built from the call, not from a deck

Every advisor call is scored on the same six dimensions. The next morning each person gets drills built from their own weakest moment — and compliance gaps become mandatory reps, not a suggestion.

Skips risk disclosureCompliance script, mandatory 10 reps
Sumit Rathi skipped risk disclosure on 4 of 88 calls. That is not a performance note — it is a compliance event. Ten mandatory reps are assigned and his calls are sampled at 100% until the pattern clears.

Risk disclosure at 64% is the floor-wide gap. It is now a scripted, non-skippable beat in every call opener.

How a drill is built

From one bad moment to a measurable rep

  1. 1 — The coach agent finds the 20 seconds where the call turned, not the whole recording.
  2. 2 — It writes the member's exact objection into a role-play, in the language the call happened in.
  3. 3 — The advisor does six reps against the agent, which pushes back the way that member did.
  4. 4 — The next real call with the same objection is scored and compared. That delta is the only proof that counts.
